Meet Sanjeev Advani.
Hi, I'm Sanjeev (Sunny) Advani—a dedicated commercial real estate broker, investor, and entrepreneur based in Kern County, California. With over 16 years of experience in real estate, I've helped clients maximize their investments by leveraging strategic market insights and a results-driven approach.
Currently a Director at Cushman & Wakefield, I specialize in retail and multifamily properties, where I focus on adding value through deal structuring, market analysis, and long-term strategy. My background in founding and scaling businesses in real estate, property management, and construction gives me a unique perspective on how to unlock potential value for clients.
Beyond real estate, I have a passion for helping others grow—whether it's through mentoring, supporting community initiatives with Habitat for Humanity, or advising on investment opportunities.
